Authorized to offer 25 CEs with the IBA
CareerHearted is approved by the International BodyTalk Association as a continuing education approved provider for BodyTalk Practitioners offering 25 IBA CEs for the Level 1 Intensive. In order to maintain their certification all Certified BodyTalk Practitioners are required to complete 32 hours of IBA-Approved Continuing Education in the BodyTalk System within the two-year time period specified on their website and practitioner/member agreement.
What are Continuing Education Credits/Units?
Continuing education credits/units previously referred to as CEUs and now called CEs are clocked hours awarded by post-secondary learning programs designed to meet the requirements for professionals by their specific licensing authority. These courses help professionals keep current with any modern advancement around their product or service to insure the best possible course of care for their clients. Professionals of all industries are strongly encouraged to expand their knowledge base beyond their specific craft and keep pace with latest developments in other directly related success influences such as new business methods and approaches. More and more alternative care systems and associations are making it compulsory for its members who hold their specific certification or licenses to take continuing education to remain recognized as in good standing as a member and current with certification.
Due to highly competitive markets, professionals will independently decide to continue their education separate from their association’s requirements. The CareerHearted’s continuing education program is a crafted blend of business training and personal enrichment. We eloquently intermingle experiential and self-directed learning in a unique way to meet the needs of all different types of leaners: Kinesthetic, Audio, Visual and Read-Write. This is accomplished through live, full-emersion intensive 3-day seminars and/or online strategically paced courses for the full time busy professional. Either environment will include personal and/or group hands-on experiential activities with additional online support communities with other CareerHearted students and graduates.
